I only ever use extra virgin olive oil, also use it for stir frying vegetables too, but now am a little confused after reading other comments on this thread. Hi Vivian it is good know that these oils are excellent for cooking and they do not contain palm oil which is produced by cutting down the rain forests, an extra bonus for us all.
